Include a phone number along with times of the day/night when you are available for a return call.  Due to the extensive time it takes to reply by written email, my preferred method for response is by phone unless you are asking a quick question.  The nature of educational consultations generally necessitates two-way communication which is guided by a comprehensive dialog rather than emails.

An initial consultation of 45 minutes is complimentary, which does not include reading your email (up to 5-page equivalency).  The more details you provide in your initial email, the more information I can provide during your complimentary conference time.
